How Eleutheria collects, uses & shares personal data

This Privacy Policy explains how Tanantor Ltd., trading as Eleutheria (“Eleutheria,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit our sites, create an account, or use our Services.
1. Data Controller

- Identity & Contact – name, email, phone.
- Payment – card last four digits, billing address (processed by Stripe).
- Inputs, Outputs & Feedback – per our Terms.
- Support / Marketing Comms.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically
- Technical – IP, device IDs, browser, OS, referrer.
- Usage – pages visited, features used, timestamps.
- Cookies & Similar Tech – see Cookie Notice.
2.3 Third-Party Sources
- Publicly available info.
- Licensed commercial datasets.
We do not knowingly purchase sensitive personal data.

We disclose data only:

- in connection with a merger or acquisition;
- with your consent or at your direction.
We do not “sell” personal data as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
6. International Transfers
Data may be stored in or accessed from countries outside the EEA. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary. Conversations you delete are removed from production systems within 30 days unless flagged for Trust & Safety.
8. Your Rights
Subject to local law, you can request:

- Deletion (in certain cases)
- Restriction or objection to processing
- Portability of data you provided

10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

We will post any Privacy Policy changes here and email notice of material updates ≥ 30 days before they take effect.
