Eleutheria consumer terms of service

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

Tanantor Ltd., trading as Eleutheria (“Eleutheria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides a unified interface for language and image models (the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform, our websites, apps, and any associated software (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or using the Services, you accept these Terms and all additional policies referenced herein (e.g. our Usage Policy and Privacy Policy).

2. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms form a binding contract between you and Eleutheria. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3. Eligibility & Account Creation

  • Minimum age: 18.
  • Account security: One individual = one account. Keep credentials confidential.
  • Business emails: If you register with a business-owned email, the organisation may control the account.
  • Notice of breach: Email support@eleutheria.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your Use of the Services

You may access the Services only:

  • in countries listed on our Supported Regions page,
  • for lawful purposes, and
  • in compliance with our Usage Policy.

You must not reverse-engineer the Service, scrape our models, or bypass technical limits.

5. Inputs, Outputs & Ownership

5.1 Definitions

  • Inputs – anything you submit (prompts, files, URLs).
  • Outputs – model-generated content returned to you.
  • Materials – Inputs plus Outputs.

5.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights in your Inputs. Subject to these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in the Outputs.

5.3 Our Use of Materials

We do not train our models on non-public Materials unless:

  1. you explicitly opt-in,
  2. the Materials are flagged for Trust & Safety review, or
  3. you submit them as Feedback (see §7).

We may process Materials to operate, secure, and improve the Services (e.g. debugging, abuse detection, analytics).

6. Plans, Fees & Billing

  • Pricing is listed on eleutheria.ai/pricing.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew for the same term unless cancelled ≥ 24 hours before renewal.
  • You authorise Stripe to charge all fees and taxes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Feedback

If you provide ratings, comments, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant Eleutheria an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Platform may link to or embed third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party terms or privacy practices.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services (code, design, models, branding) are owned by Eleutheria or our licensors. Except as expressly stated, no IP rights transfer to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Services and Outputs are provided “as is.” They may contain errors. Independently verify critical information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitations of Liability & Indemnity

11.1 No Warranties

You may have consumer rights where Services are not as described, faulty, or otherwise not fit for purpose. If so, email support@eleutheria.ai.

Subject to those rights, you use the Services, Materials, and any Actions at your own risk. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we, and our providers, affiliates, licensors, and distributors (“Providers”), disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, non-infringement, and any warranties implied by course of dealing or usage of trade.

11.2 No Limitation on Mandatory Liabilities

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  1. death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  3. any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded (including your statutory consumer rights to receive Services of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described).

11.3 Foreseeable Loss Only

Except for the liabilities listed in § 11.2, we and our Providers are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable only if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or was contemplated by both parties when the contract became binding.

11.4 Non-Commercial Use

You agree not to use the Services for commercial or business purposes. We and our Providers shall have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

11.5 Limitation of Liability

Except for the liabilities listed in § 11.2, the aggregate liability of Eleutheria and its Providers arising out of or relating to these Terms—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—shall be limited to the greater of:
a. the total fees you paid us for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
b. €100.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages.

11.6 Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eleutheria and its Providers from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the Services or Materials;
  • your violation of these Terms; or
  • your infringement of any third-party rights.

11.7 Beneficiaries

Our Providers are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Section 11 and may enforce its terms directly.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Services (or your access) if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or for security reasons.

13. Changes to the Services or Terms

Material changes take effect 30 days after we post or email notice. If you object, discontinue use before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Ireland unless mandatory consumer laws let you litigate in your home jurisdiction.
