Usage Policy

Acceptable Use Policy for Eleutheria


Effective Date: 1 July 2025


Eleutheria’s mission is to maximise user freedom while complying with the law and Stripe’s restricted-business rules. This Usage Policy applies to everyone using our Platform, including via API.


A. Universal Standards — Prohibited Content / Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

  1. Break the law

    • Plan or execute unlawful violence or property harm
    • Export or re-export the Services contrary to EU/US regulations
    • Facilitate manufacture or trafficking of controlled substances, weapons, or explosives
  2. Exploit or endanger minors

    • Create or disseminate sexual content involving minors
    • Groom, extort, or otherwise exploit minors
  3. Violate intellectual-property rights

    • Distribute copyrighted works without permission
    • Scrape other users’ Materials to train rival models
  4. Infringe privacy or security

    • Dox, hack, or deanonymise individuals
    • Harvest personal data in breach of GDPR or other laws
  5. Harass or incite hatred

    • Directly advocate violence or criminal acts against a protected group or individual
    • Run large-scale harassment or intimidation campaigns
  6. Generate sexually explicit content

    • Depict nudity, explicitly sexual acts, or any other adult content restricted by our payment processor, Stripe.
    • Mild romantic or PG-13 references are allowed.
    • We will block or remove requests or outputs that violate this rule.
  7. Spam, fraud, or deception

    • Bulk unsolicited messages, phishing, pyramid schemes
    • Deepfakes intended to deceive without disclosure
  8. Bypass safety systems

    • Jailbreak or prompt-inject to violate these standards
    • Automate account creation or usage to avoid rate-limits or bans

B. High-Risk Domains — Extra Obligations

If you deploy our models for legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment/housing, or critical-infrastructure decisions you must:

  1. Maintain a qualified human-in-the-loop for advice or determinations.
  2. Disclose AI involvement to end-users.
  3. Comply with all domain-specific regulations (e.g. GDPR, MiFID, MDR).

C. AI Interaction Disclosure

Any customer-facing chatbot or agent powered by our models must clearly inform users they are interacting with AI.


D. Enforcement

We employ automated and human monitoring. Violations may result in warning, throttling, suspension, or termination. Appeals: policy-appeals@eleutheria.ai.


E. Reporting Issues

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this Usage Policy, email abuse@eleutheria.ai or use the in-product “Report” button.
